I started this blog a few years ago with the intention of documenting my efforts of diet and exercising as an experiment in vice therapy.

I found something better. Namely, move to Alaska.

Granted, many of the vices are still there, but I did quit smoking and a eat better and I exercise a LOT more. (There’s a good reason people in the south are more overweight. There’s not much to DO that requires you to get off your ass!)
